Find a recorded purchase

In short

Use Spending to search and filter one-time expenses, then open the right record before correcting it.

Find an expense

  1. Open Spending and find Recent expenses.
  2. Search for part of the purchase description and use a category filter when useful.
  3. Move through the available expense pages if the record is not in the current list.
  4. Check the description, date, currency and amount before editing or deleting it.

If it is missing

Clear search and category filters. Check the recorded expense date and whether it was entered as a bill payment instead. Your household access can limit which records are available. A statement line that is still awaiting approval is not yet an added expense.
