Export or delete your account data
Export the records available to you before deleting your account. Deletion runs immediately after the required checks succeed and cannot be undone.
Export first
Open Settings → Data & export and choose Export everything (CSV) or Export everything (Excel). The download contains supported records available to your account; restricted members receive a smaller export. Attachment metadata does not include the attached files themselves.
Before deleting
An account cannot be deleted while its current household contains other users. Leave the household or contact support as the app instructs. A prior household containing other users also blocks deletion and requires support. Export anything you need first.
Delete your account
- Open Settings → Security and select Delete account.
- Read the warning, enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Confirm only when you are ready to remove the account and its supported data permanently.
Check the result
An active subscription must be cancelled successfully before data deletion proceeds. If that cancellation or a required check fails, deletion does not complete; follow the error shown. Successful deletion is immediate, permanent and irreversible. There is no undo or grace period.
