Delete your account

Before you start

A current household containing other users blocks deletion; leave the household or contact support as instructed. A prior household still containing other users also blocks deletion and requires support. Save your permitted exports and any attached files before proceeding.

Confirm deletion

1. Open Settings → Security and select Delete account.
2. Read the permanent-deletion warning, enter your current password and type DELETE.
3. Confirm deletion only when you are ready.

Failures and success

An active subscription must be cancelled successfully first. If cancellation or a prerequisite fails, deletion does not complete; follow the error shown. Once completed, deletion is immediate, permanent and irreversible, with no grace period or undo.
