Settings → Currency (the Money group) → Timezone. It's a household setting like your default currency — one value, shared by every member. Signup suggests a timezone based on your browser, so most households never need to touch this.
Send times. Email reminders fire around 8am, the weekly digest Sunday 9am, and overdue alerts on their daily run — all in household-local time. Without a timezone set, everything defaults to UTC, which lands mid-afternoon or the night before depending on where you live.
