Make a daily check

1. Open Overview and review Available after commitments and the supporting figures. This is a planning estimate, not your bank balance.
2. Check Overdue and Upcoming this month. Open a bill you have already paid and record its payment with the correct Counts toward month and Paid date.
3. Open Spending to log any one-time purchases you have not recorded.
4. Check the resulting payment or expense before leaving the page.

Review the week

On Overview, review Health score and Activity when those widgets are visible. Open Insights for the seven-day calendar and the records behind suggested next steps. The Weekly digest can provide a Sunday summary when enabled in Settings → Email.

Close a month

Open Reports and choose the month to review its statement and On-time rate. Use Export to save the statement if needed; check the month and print preview before sharing it.
