Read your in-app notifications

Review an item

1. Select the Notifications bell in the top bar.
2. Read Unread, or choose All to inspect read items too.
3. Use an available Pay now or View bill action to open the relevant payment form or bill. Review it before saving a change.

Items you may see

Depending on your records and access, items can include due-soon bills, overdue amounts, household payment events, budget thresholds, price changes and autopay confirmations. An autopay item does not mean a charge has cleared.

Mark items read

Use Mark all read to clear your unread items. This changes your read state, not another member’s, and does not pay a bill or delete its record.
