One-tap Venmo and PayPal links with the amount pre-filled.
Add a member's Venmo or PayPal.Me handle on their member card. In settle-up, their row gets a "Pay via Venmo/PayPal" link — tap, confirm in the app, then mark settled in HomeWeal.
Open the Household page → pencil on a member card → add their Venmo (@handle) or PayPal.Me handle. Members can edit their own; the household owner can edit anyone's. Handles are validated and a leading @ is stripped automatically.
A settle-up row with a handle shows a Pay via Venmo or Pay via PayPal link. The amount is pre-filled from the current balance in your household currency, and the link pays the right person — whoever is owed. Opening the link doesn't log anything in HomeWeal; mark the settlement after the money moves.
PayPal.Me links carry your household currency code, so they work anywhere. Venmo is USD-only, so the Venmo link only appears for USD households.
