Review household activity
Activity shows a chronological timeline of recorded actions and their available attribution. Your household permissions determine which records you can see.
Find an action
- Open Activity from the Review section of the menu.
- Use the available type filter to narrow the timeline.
- Read the action, amount, date and attributed person, then open its source record when available.
What the timeline includes
Recorded events include payments, expenses, changes to bills and household actions. Some older or deleted-member events may have limited attribution. Payment corrections create additional activity where supported.
Before deleting records
Activity is read-only in this view, but it is not a permanent or unforgeable archive. Deleting a bill can remove its related earlier activity and leave a separate deletion event. Export records you need before deleting their source data.
Visibility
Members with Shared only access see permitted activity rather than every household action. A missing event can reflect access limits, filters or deletion; it is not proof that no action occurred.
