Review vendor costs and payment trends

Use your recorded bills and payments to compare recurring vendor costs and inspect changes.

In short

Open Vendors to review Monthly vendor outflow, vendor shares and six months of recorded payments. Open a vendor to inspect its Bills, Payments and available contact or savings information.

Before you start

Vendors requires eligible Pro or Family access. Permissions affect available records and editing. Figures depend on bills, linked vendors, payments and exchange rates you have recorded; a missing purchase or vendor link can make the picture incomplete.

Review the directory

  1. Open Vendors and read Monthly vendor outflow, vendor shares and Vendor spend. Income share appears only when usable active income and conversion data are available.
  2. Search, sort or use category and price-rise filters to narrow the vendor list. The overview above it still describes the full active directory.
  3. Open a vendor. Review Overview, Bills, Payments and, when offered, Negotiate. Follow a bill or payment to check the underlying record.

Interpret comparisons carefully

Monthly outflow is a recurring-cost estimate, while payment charts show recorded money paid. The chart includes the current month so far; trend comparisons and the displayed average use completed periods. A price-rise signal or potential savings is a prompt to inspect records and terms, not proof that a provider changed its rate or that cancellation happened.

Keep vendor details useful

Review the vendor’s website, contact and cancellation links before using them. On its Bills tab, available rule controls can set future categories; they do not rewrite old expenses. Complete cancellation or negotiation with the provider before changing the bill in HomeWeal.
